A student who has high qualifications in management skills, business skills and leadership skills and who is suing for a brilliant career will find his place in Operations management jobs. The tasks asked from the operations manager are certainly harder than the tasks attributed to the other managers such as the project manager or the organizational change manager. From this point of view, we are ought to say that operations management is an interesting field of study for every student whom is planning to build up a career. 

On the other hand, the weight of this post’s obligations needs a strong self management from his executor. Thus, even if one is highly skilled for the job but he or she is not really able to manage his/her personal schedule, temperaments and some other personal factors; one will never be a suitable operations manager. 

In other words, being an operations manager is interesting but only if the interested person has a sense of self control.
